Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed rate. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.
